Blackberry 10 OS Headphone audio boost not working. In some devices the audio boost will not show. Here is the solution. The answer is a MAYBE. While playing some music, Press the MORE. Icon (bottom right) and then chose AUDIO. You can switch between modes (Speaker/Handset/headphones). The MAYBE is because if the jack is broken, it may still not work.
